PaidSync.ai is a product operated by Advanced Technology Labs LLC, a company registered in the State of Wyoming, United States (“PaidSync”, “we”, “us”). For the purposes of the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the UK GDPR, Advanced Technology Labs LLC is the data controller of personal data processed through the PaidSync.ai service. When you create an account, we collect your name, email address, and profile information provided by Google Authentication. We also collect usage data such as pages visited, features used, and ad campaign data you choose to connect. We use your information to provide and maintain the PaidSync.ai service, process your transactions, send you service-related communications, and improve the platform. We may use aggregated, anonymized data for analytics and to develop new features. We will never sell your personal information to third parties.

Your data is stored securely using industry-standard encryption. We use Firebase and Google Cloud infrastructure to host and process your data. Data is retained for the duration of your account and for 30 days following account deletion. We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your personal data against unauthorized access, alteration, or destruction.

4. Third-Party Services

PaidSync.ai integrates with third-party services to provide core functionality. We use Firebase for authentication, database, and hosting services. Google Authentication is used for secure sign-in. These services have their own privacy policies, and we encourage you to review them. We only share the minimum data necessary for these services to function.

We partner with Microsoft Clarity and Microsoft Advertising to capture how you use and interact with our website through behavioral metrics, heatmaps, and session replay to improve and market our products and services. Website usage data is captured using first and third-party cookies and other tracking technologies to determine the popularity of products and services and online activity. Additionally, we use this information for site optimization, fraud and security purposes, and advertising.
